Club Las Calas is situated in Puerto Del Carmen a 10 minute taxi ride from Arrecife Airport. It is an RCI Gold Award Resort and has enjoyed this distinction for many years providing excellent accommodation and facilities. The sea and the long sandy beach are about 800 metres away where there are many shops, bars/restaurants, taxi rank as well as being on the local bus route. On site there are three pools, two excellent restaurants, a well fitted out gym, squash court, table tennis and a children's play area. A Golf Course is also within easy reach.

The apartment overlooks one of the pools with access gained by a short flight of steps which provides an element of privacy.  A lift is being fitted near by which will provide easy access to a further pool and the second restaurant. The two weeks for sale, which fall in the red band, correspond  to the Scottish School Holidays commencing on the 1st Thursday in October. There is one bedroom but the accommodation can sleep four. There is a bathroom, lounge and well equipped kitchen area. Both rooms can be kept cool by the large ceiling fans. A large flat screen TV is in the lounge with a good choice of program including Sky Sports.

The present owner has enjoyed 18 wonderful holidays here but now sadly finds that advancing years and deteriorating health a problem, and is now looking to allow someone else the opportunity to enjoy these holiday facilities.
