Royal Sunset Beach Cub is considered to be one of the most impressive resorts in Tenerife. Situated 100 metres from the sandy Fanabe Beach on the Costa Adeje, it has immaculately kept subtropical gardens and a beautifully landscaped outdoor pool. A nearby choice of water sports is available. The hotel is conveniently located near to Playa del las America's shops, restaurants and nightlife and other local activities include golf, horseback riding and tennis. Mount Teide National Park is less than an hour away by car and the airport is just 15 minutes' drive away.

The hotel itself has world-class facilities and amenities including a health club with gym, sauna and massage facilities There is also a children's pool, hot tub, restaurant and live entertainment, which is of a high standard. The restaurant has regional and international cuisine with a good selection of wines available. Light meals and refreshments are available from the poolside bar.

The standard of the attractive, air-conditioned apartments is very high, all of which have a private balcony or terrace, a well-equipped kitchen and a seating area with TV and iPod docking station. Our apartment (week 35 - the last week of August) has one bedroom and sleeps four people. It will be helpful to check out the comments of previous visitors on Trip Advisor, which are extremely complimentary. We have owned our timeshare since 1991 and have been very happy with it, in particular the many exchanges we have enjoyed at very high-quality resorts throughout Europe. These have been easily available because the ownership is in 'red time' and the resort is an RCI Gold Crown resort.

Our reason for selling is that neither my wife nor I now fly and so we tend to visit places to which we are able to drive. We are sure that you will enjoy owning this timeshare as much as we have over the last 14 years, during which time we have had numerous memorable holidays.
