Beautiful, quiet, tranquil, Gold Crown Apartment, situated in a clean, very relaxing, friendly small complex. It is a fixed week, it is Week 11, which falls approx. 2nd or 3rd week in March.

It is a 1 Bedroom Deluxe, but sleeps 4, with the comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. Sliding mirrored door wardrobe in the lounge. Located at ground level(same level as the pool), so no climbing lots of stairs. There is also wheel chair ramps available if required.

The apartment is secluded and Private, but is still only 25 metres from the poolside. Plenty of sunbeds all day long. In late afternoon the sun shines on the large apartment patio, so you get all the sun all of the day.  Temperatures are superb at this time of the year, usually around the middle 20's+.

Comprises entrance hall, Large family bathroom including 2 wash basins, toilet, bath and shower. Large furnished lounge, incl Television, DVD Player and phone. Patio doors from the lounge area leading to the large patio area, with a view over Los Cristianos and the sea in the distance, with table, chairs and padded recliners.

Main Bedroom is en suite, with wardrobe, and a safe. Also it has patio doors leading onto the large patio area. Full Kitchen, incl Microwave oven and conventional oven, fridge freezer and all utensils and crockery etc. Dining area with table and chairs. Air Conditioning and ceiling fans. Ironing board and Iron. Launderette on site. Car parking spaces outside also. There is a free bus to and from the complex to Los Cristianos daytime to early evening. Very good selection of restaurants and bars locally, and the complex has its own club with entertainment.

Los Cristianos is within walking distance, or a 5 minute taxi ride away where you can enjoy even greater variety of restaurants, bars, etc. I have included some of my own pictures for you to appreciate the apartment more. We have owned and used this apartment since 2001, and are only selling due to ill health.
