Free shuttle bus runs between the hotel and the centre of Funchal.

Our timeshare is a one bed apartment fixed week  in early September.  The apartment has a fantastic view over the swimming pool, lush exotic gardens overlooking the natural beach of Praco Formosa.  Maximum occupancy 4 with full privacy and one bathroom.  Each apartment has its own private balcony, and is equipped with mini bar,  TV air conditioning  and marble bathroom. Each unit is equipped with partial kitchen including fridge cooker microwave, and a very complete set of cooking utensils and tableware.

There is a lift to every floor. Onsite parking is available.

A private hotel lift takes you down the cliffs on to the beach where you can go for a swim or have a drink at the bar.   There are 2 outdoor pools a poolside restaurant large indoor pool and luxurious spa facilities.  Maderia Regency Palace features 5 food and drink outlets including Restaurant Sae Lourenco specialising in Portuguese and Mediterranean cuisine.   Aerobics and hydro-gym programmes are offered in Regency Fitness Club, while its spa includes Turkish bath and sauna.

There are many attractions nearby, including Formosa Beach, Funchal-Monte, Teleferico, and  Funchel Farmers Market.  Maderia Place is an excellent location from which to tour the beautiful island of Maderia.
