Plas Talgarth is situated in the village of Pennal, approximately 4 miles from Machynlleth, on the Dify Estuary and 6.7 miles from Aberdovy Town and Beach.

This one bedroom apartment is located on the first floor to the front of a period Manor House in the heart of the Plas Talgarth holiday complex, next door to the Restaurant with beautiful views over the Woodland and Mountains of Snowdonia. There are both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Gym, Sauna, Jacuzzi. External Tennis Courts, Snooker Room, Squash Courts, Mini Golf facility and Nature Walk. The McDonalds organisation who run the Plas Talgarth site, offer weekly activities for both children and adults. The Restaurant serves themed evening meals and there is a bar and farmhouse restaurant for lunchtime snacks.

The Apartment via its main door has a hallway, bathroom, lounge/dining area with integral kitchen, large double bedroom and an additional storage cupboard with fire exit door to the master staircase for the building.

The sale of the apartment is due to the occupants moving abroad. They have owned the week for several years and had great holidays.
