Elmer's Court is an RCI Gold Crown established resort in the South of England on the edge of the New Forest (a National Park) and very near the sailing resort of Lymington.  The New Year Week is a fixed week from the 29th December and has excellent "onsite" facilities which include a Fitness Centre/ indoor Pool / Restaurants / Bar etc. Lymington has a range of excellent food stores, interesting shops and also is an area of outstanding beauty with many good eating places in the vicinity.

The cottage overlooks light woodland and can sleep 6 (2 bedrooms) with 2 on a pull-out sofa-bed in the lounge. It has 3 bathrooms  / showers, 2 upstairs and one downstairs. It is well equipped with a full kitchen. There is an allocated car space, and further parking close-by.

We have owned the New Year Week since 1994 when it was a focal point for a family reunion. Now nearly 20 yrs on our needs have changed, so this valuable week is now available for sale. All Offers would be seriously considered.

The "Purchaser" has the possibility of a free week this year, as the fees are already paid. As an alternative it can be let ...making this week a good investment in the timeshare market.
