The Royal Savoy is located near the harbour on the shores of Funchal, Madeira. It has the facilities of a 5 star hotel.

The apartment offered is a spacious two bedroom on the second floor, with balconies overlooking the top of palm trees among the gardens and swimming pools lining the shore. A sofa bed in the sitting room can be made up daily by room service to give comfortable double bed allowing 6 to sleep in all.� It has two bathrooms plus one WC.� There are full catering facilities and close by are number of small supermarket-type stores for those wishing to self cater.� Alternatively there are around 10 good quality restaurants serving local fresh fish, vegetables and fruit within a few hundred meters. There is an good restaurant in the Club, and light meals are also served on the terrace.

The week 40 timeshare will be available from Monday 7th October next year with lease having 20 years to run. October together with May is regarded as a favourite period, with average daytime temperatures around 24-8 allowing open-air bathing in covered or open-air pools or in the ocean down private steps.

Madeira is renowned for its temperate climate, its walks in the hills, including along level waterways and for the peace and safety.� There are tourist flight services from a number of UK airports and most European capitals. A 6 star Savoy hotel is under construction a few hundred metres up a garden track t which Club members have been promised full access.
