The resort is known as Madeira Regency Club which is situated close to the sea and approximately a 10-15 minute walk from Funchal town centre. The resort is a 4 star hotel with RCI Silver rating, and has outdoor pool facilities with direct sea access.

The timeshare is fixed weeks 33 & 34 which fall into the main summer school holidays.

The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of the main building and has a large balcony area with a sea view, it is an apartment which will sleep 4 people and has 2 separate bathroom facilities.� The unit is air conditioned and� has a multi-language flat screen T.V and a kitchen area.

Car parking is available and there is a small friendly shop on site providing the main food and drink requirements.� There are 2 lifts to each floor level and a gym and squash court is provided within the main building.

We are selling our weeks� reluctantly due to age related reasons.
