The apartment is on the 2nd floor,with no lift, and consists of a double en-suite bedroom with plenty of built in wardrobe space, and a large lounge kitchen/diner which also doubles as a second double bedroom with its own en-suite off the hallway, again with plenty of built in wardrobe space. There is a balcony on both external walls of the property with beautiful views over the village of Kaprun and the surrounding mountains. There is a clubroom and sauna in the basement. Marco Polo Club Happy also offers a breakfast service at a small cost.

This timeshare, week 24, the middle of June, offers the opportunity for summer hikes on the alpine slopes from the chair lifts in Zell em See and also is only 15minutes away from the Kitzsteinhorn chairlift where there is summer skiing on the tops. Also a drive up the Grossglockner is normally possible in June.

I have had many happy holidays in Kaprun but, as I am now 90, I can no longer travel so far so am looking to sell this timeshare.
