This is a RCI Gold Crown Resort, a short distance from the airport.  It is a one bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of one of the blocks (there is a lift).

The bedroom at the rear is well equipped and very quiet.  There is a large bathroom and a storage cupboard containing the water heater and ancillary items, ironing board, brushes, mops etc. and more storage space.  The well appointed kitchen is separated by a counter from the large living room which contains a table, four chairs, a sofa/bed, a television and more shelving. This in turn leads to a large west facing balcony with another table and four chairs and sun loungers. The view from here is out over the ocean and down towards the swimming pools and main reception areas of the resort and down towards a small cove.

This Gold Crown Resort includes several pools, a gym, a sauna, a bar with entertainment and a restaurant serving very good meals. The area around the pools is very well kept, the kiddies' pool has a new canopy installed to protect the little ones from the sun.  For those who like to go to the beaches there is a free shuttle service to and from the resort during the day.  A short distance from the resort there are several restaurants serving a variety of dishes.

Although every need is catered for in this resort, there is so much to see and do on Tenerife. There is a very good bus service to places all over the island, including Los Gigantes and the capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and Puerto de la Cruz.  The interior of the island is a fascinating landscape of extinct volcanoes culminating in the highest mountain in all of Spain, Teide. There is a cable car to bring you near the summit. To explore the interior of the islands there are various firms offering car hire. Most of the roads are very good and offer the traveller an insight into the heart of this amazing island.
