Within a short distance of the complex are a large array of shops, boutiques, restaurants and supermarkets. The sand and pebble beach are only a set of steps away.
 
The popular Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles resorts can be reached within 15 minutes via bus or car and a free shuttle bus is available to and from Maspalomas. The airport is 20 minutes away by car.
 
The apartment is available on week 14, which usually falls around the Easter holiday time.
