The studio apartment is situated in the Radisson Blu resort and spa, which is directly above the beautiful sandy Golden Bay part of Malta. It is approximately 20 KM from the airport. The superb on site spa and leisure facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness centre, a steam and sauna room ,a small general dealer/grocery shop, tennis courts and excellent restaurants and bars. The beach below the hotel is marvellously sandy and so easily accessible by stairs, lifts and ramp/road.

At the beach there is the opportunity to organise a wide range of diving experiences. Nearby there are stables and football practice areas. Part of the beach is sectioned off for the sole use of resort guests. Adjoining the beach is a pleasant selection of small food and beverage outlets, from the vista of the resort the curve of the bay is beautiful. There are many enjoyable walks and pathways around the bay from which to take in coastal and inshore scenery, or you can venture upwards and try paragliding!

From the resort you can either drive or use the local island bus service to explore the island. The bus stop is a very short walk from the resort. The resort has car parking facilities, minibus trips from the resort can be arranged. Places to visit nearby and around the island include ancient historic site, water-parks, film sets, the characterful streets of Medina or Valletta, glass and craft-works, tours of the Grand Harbour or experiences and re- enactments of Medieval or wartime life. Further afield you can visit the beautiful island of Gozo or fly to Sicily. For a small island there is such a lot to do.

The timeshare is for 2 weeks, the 2 weeks are for any weeks of the year except for the UK schools six week holiday. These weeks are 2 separate weeks and can be taken as 2 x 1 week blocks or a 2 week block., so its lovely to choose when the Maltese temperatures suit you. The 2 weeks are from a Friday to a Friday and the maximum occupancy is for 2 people.

The unit is a studio apartment consisting of a bed/sitting room, galley kitchen and a full en-suite bathroom. The studio is nicely furnished and decorated and there is plenty of storage in the cupboards and drawers. The bathroom is spacious with a power shower and the studio is fully air- conditioned. The galley kitchen consists of a sink, fridge, hob and microwave and a full range of pans and utensils. The furniture is lovely and comfortable and the main room includes a table, chairs, sofa and TV/ DVD. The studio practically has a full wall width sliding door/window from which you can see the front of the Resort Building complex and views of the hills behind.

This studio is on the second floor. All floors and facilities are accessed by lifts and is only a very short walk from studio.
