The Beverly Hill Heights Gold Crown resort is situated on a hillside in the  picturesque location of the Oasis del Sur area of Los Cristianos, Tenerife in the Canary Islands

Los Cristianos has received an extensive makeover in the last few years which features a network of pedestrianised shopping featuring boutiques, duty free shopping and trendy bars. A shady main square emerges into the lively port area, superb beaches, a variety of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes,  a promenade that provides a leisurely walk along the coast and a choice of sea trips from the harbour if you prefer to explore the island of Tenerife by boat.

Tenerife is an island that offers something for everyone from lively areas with many bars and restaurants, water sports and theme parks for those who prefer active holidays. However if you wish to explore the history and tradition of Tenerife then the interior is a must. Visit traditional towns and villages, see  changing landscapes from pine forests to the lunar landscapes of Mount Teide,  the dramatic gorge at Masca, Teno Natural Park and the rainforests in Anaga. Heading north history and heritage is on show at Garachico, La Oratava and the capital Santa Cruz. The conservation centre at Loro Parque is well worth a visit if you like to see incredible animals.

The Beverly Hill Heights Gold Crown resort is 17kms from Reina Sofia airport and approximately 1.5 kms from the beach. There is a courtesy bus which runs throughout the day from the resort into the town. The resort is a peaceful retreat, a self-contained leisure resort with a large freshwater heated swimming pool, pool towels, sun beds, landscaped gardens, a patio bar and 24hour reception.

There is full access to squash, tennis, bowling alley, sauna, beauty salon and children's club in the Beverly Hills Cub, the sister resort across the road, together with a restaurant, small supermarket, bar and nightclub with live entertainment. There is also a variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets within easy walking distance of the resort.

The apartment is a one bedroom fully air conditioned duplex, accessed by an external staircase and is situated on the second and third floors. The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard throughout. There are two balconies one accessed from the living area and one from the bedroom, both overlook the pool area. The apartment consists of a large living area on the first floor with double sofa bed, satellite television, DVD, telephone, dining area, fully equipped kitchen including conventional oven, hob with 4 burners, fridge/freezer, microwave. There is also iron/ironing board, drying rack and patio furniture. There is a shower room with walk in shower, toilet and wash basin.

A staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a large double bedroom with double wardrobes, dressing table, hairdryer, telephone, safe and a balcony with patio furniture. There is a full bathroom with bath, over bath shower, two washbasins and toilet. The maximum occupancy is four persons with privacy for four.

This timeshare is a fixed week in June and is affiliated to the exchange company RCI and is a Silverpoint Vacation resort.  Exchanges, late and extra holidays are available from RCI and we have exchanged to many other countries and resorts over the 25 years that we have owned this timeshare. It is with regret that we are selling because of age.   We have enjoyed our time at the resort, with some wonderful relaxing holidays made better by the staff and the service they provide. Excellent and welcoming, always.  Beverly Hill Heights without doubt deserves it's Gold Crown status.
