The Place On The Bay is an appropriately named establishment located opposite Camps Bay in the trendy seaside Cape Town suburb which shares its name. Athletic activities, shops, restaurants, and live entertainment are all just steps away from these luxuriously furnished timeshares.

Full kitchens or kitchenettes are found within all of the serviced hotel apartments which are part of this beachfront property. Some of the open-plan studio apartments face the water. In addition to the private terraces and balconies accompanying all one-bedroom apartments, one deluxe one-bedroom apartment also features a private outdoor hot tub.

One deluxe two-bedroom unit boasts an outdoor heated splash pool. However, the most luxurious unit of all is a top floor penthouse suite with a private fireplace, swimming pool, and panoramic 12 Apostles Mountain and Camps Bay views.

The onsite Italian restaurant is among the highest ranked dining establishments in all of Cape Town, but is closed on Tuesdays after breakfast is served. Guests can also have meals and refreshments delivered directly to them on the beach or soak in the seaside swimming pool.

Transportation between Cape Town International Airport and the Place On The Bay can be arranged, as can many other excursions to nearby attractions such as Table Mountain and the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. The city centre of Cape Town is a mere 10-minute drive to the northeast. In 2012, RCI gave the resort a prestigious Gold Crown Status award.
