Tahoe Chaparral is a spacious two-story timeshare accommodation featuring a queen bed in the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, a family bathroom, a sleeper sofa and open fire in the living area, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. At the end of the living room area is an open large dining table, enough to seat 6 comfortably. The bar area separates the dining area from the kitchen and has bar stools. The large deck/balcony overlooking the trees and Lake Tahoe is breathtaking. The design of the timeshare with the bedrooms downstairs and the living areas upstairs makes for quiet areas for napping or reading away from noises of the TV and talking.

Less than an hour's drive away, you'll find 17 ski resorts, the most famous being Heavenly and Squaw Valley. The closest is Diamond Peak, only four blocks away, with five lifts, 30 runs, and a vertical drop of 1,840 feet. The ski season runs from late November to mid-April.

The city of Incline Village is a charming mountain lake community. The scenery from Tahoe Chaparral is magnificent. The Ponderosa Ranch, a western theme park and movie studio site from the TV show, Bonanza, is within a few minutes of the centre of town. Several miniature golf courses are also within minutes of the units. You can be hiking and sightseeing as you drive around the lake one day and the northern route the next. Of course, being in Nevada there are always the casinos close by. A large modern grocery store and banks are located in the village. There are many charming restaurants to be tried, antiques shops and boutiques to be browsed and sophisticated night life to be enjoyed.
