We are selling our Week 30 apartment which is available alternate odd years until 2032 which means that your maintenance is only paid every other year. This week 30 is highly sought after, being in the school holidays, which means it is available for occupancy 2025.

Although it is a fixed week it can easily be moved to other times of the year, with no extra charge or rolled over to another year for a fee.

Our one bedroom apartment is situated on the fifth floor being very conveniently positioned opposite the lift.

The balcony, is very private where you can sit and have your meals or just relax reading a book on the loungers, should you not wish to go down to the pool area. As the apartment has a view over the sea you could just enjoy looking out over the ocean where cruise liners can be seen entering and leaving the harbour in Funchal.

The accommodation is furnished to a very high standard and is fully air-conditioned, the bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a second shower room for the guests who sleep on the pull-out sofa in the lounge.

The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment has air conditioning. There are televisions in both the bedroom and lounge the apartment has a free safety deposit box, iron, dishwasher, in fact it's like home from home.

The high-class restaurant offers an extensive selection of A La Carte dishes, and provides themed nights such as the delicious Monday welcome night, Italian and Romantic.

There are two large outside pools one with a whirlpool and jacuzzi and an indoor pool with plenty of loungers, a pool bar, fully equipped gymnasium, library, lounge where you can watch most football matches and grand prix races, and free secure underground car-parking.

We are only selling our week due to moving to this beautiful island.
