Our apartment is situated on the 4th floor which gives it the added benefit of being larger than normal and is in located in a very quiet location, positioned in the corner overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and towards Reid's Hotel.

This one bedroom apartment is larger than usual and has a very large kitchen with work surfaces on all three sides and the bedroom is huge, with an addition sofa bed and armchair in the bedroom and it's wonderful to have the bathroom access positioned in the bedroom also, allowing you total privacy, if there are four people occupying the apartment.

Being positioned in the corner of the hotel our balcony is very deep, with excellent views to Reid's Hotel giving you peace and quiet in the evenings with only the rhythm of the Atlantic waves to listen to whether your relaxing on the balcony or enjoying an evening meal cooked in the well-equipped kitchen.

Although this is a fixed week 29 it can easily be moved to another time of the year, with no extra charge and rolled over to another year for a fee.

Ownership continues until 2032.

We are only selling our week because we now live on this beautiful Island. We also selling our Week 30 (odd years).
