Gold Crown Resort - Beverly Hills Club, Los Cristianos,  south Tenerife.

2 person studio apartment (can sleep four - settee opens out to comfortably sleeps two adults)

Los Cristianos - very popular, with small harbour, giving a range of boat trips including 'whale watching' and also has a long beach, safe for swimming, beach and town have many bars, cafés, restaurants and loads of entertainment.

Beach and Harbour - approx 1.5 miles from timeshare, and town centre approx 1 mile.  Timeshare has regular free bus service there and back (there are also plenty of taxis).

Apartment - is on the first floor easily accessed by a few steps.  It has a balcony with a partial view of beach and town.  It also has air conditioning , a balcony (ideal for outdoor breakfast), modern cooking facilities, television, phone, single bathroom.  Apartment is within 1 minute walking distance from resort's pools, restaurant, picturesque outdoor café area, night club with first class artists most nights, gymnasium, sports section, including squash, tennis, sauna etc.  Also very near to foyer, bus stop and supermarkets etc.

Fixed holiday weeks 36 and 37 (6th Sept and 13th Sept in 2013)

Reason for sale - My wifes recent demise and my illness.  We enjoyed abut 70 years good holidays including swaps to other countries using our then membership of RCI. Resort staff are very helpful.
