Studios, two classes of one-bedroomed condos, two bedroomed and three bedroomed condos are on offer, and guest amenities include a day spa featuring anti-ageing, beauty, manicure, pedicure and other relaxing spa services including massage. The studios sleep up to four, and the condos sleep from six to 10 guests in comfort, making the Lodge suitable for couples, families and large groups of friends.

Self-catering facilities range from kitchenettes to fully-equipped gourmet-style kitchens including everything needed to prepare a meal for up-to ten hungry diners. Furnishings are traditional, comfortable and solid, as is the property itself, perfect for winter visits to the ski slopes. Facilities include ski in/ski out, indoor pools, hot tubs, exercise classes, a store, shopping arcade and an athletics facility.

The Lodgepole Bar and Grill serves hearty, meaty dishes and varied entrees as well as mouthwatering soups, salads and sandwiches, and the afternoon Happy Hour is great for meeting new friends. There’s a lunch and dinner menu for when guests simply don’t feel like cooking.

The lodge’s activities centre offers booking services for varied fun activities, with horseback riding and ice-skating at the top of the list, and children get special activities guaranteed to keep them happy. The Grand Timber Lodge is proud of its awards.

One of the beauties of this timeshare location is that the lodge and its glorious surroundings can be enjoyed equally at any time of the year. Breckenridge town is a brisk walk from the lodge, and is set just off Highway 9 making it easy to tour the region in the summer months. Close by there’s boating on Lake Dillon, fly-fishing in the Blue River, hiking and trekking trails, white-water rafting and alpine summer slides. The town itself has a charming old quarter set around Main Street. This historic town and its surroundings was part of the Colorado the gold rush in the 19th century, and the mines can still be toured.
