Hollywood Mirage,Tenerife one bedroom ground floor apartment with a terrace, week 38, for sale.

Los Cristianos is about 30 minutes drive from the airport. The complex is Gold Star and has maintained its high standards throughout the 20 years we have owned.   There are two swimming pools the closest to the apartment is the smaller but quieter one of the two.  The interior decoration and equipment is updated regularly and is of a very high standard.  Los Cristianos beach and promenade are approximately 20 minutes walk away (a free bus from the complex is available for all owners) where you can enjoy a view of the harbour and watch the locals fishing.  The area has grown over the last few years to provide a selection of shops and restaurants nearby. There was very little entertainment when the complex first opened but this has improved immensely over the years.  This year for example Elton John, Abba, The Eagles (professional tribute acts) and a magician extraordinaire appeared.  We are selling 'with a heavy heart' but because of personal problems  would accept an offer for a quick sale.
