The 13th century Hever Castle stands adjacent to its former stable, now the Hever Hotel and Country Club, in the heart of Kent's green countryside. Formal gardens and a double moat surround this stately southern England retreat near one of the country's loveliest golf courses.

The castle's Astor Wing, closed to the public, is where breakfast is served daily to the guests who stay in its luxurious bedrooms. Antique furniture and fabrics stand alongside modern conveniences like internet access and equipment for making tea and coffee. Timeshares with one or more bedrooms also contain televisions and kitchens.

In addition to deluxe single, twin, and double rooms, there is also a four-bedroom cottage capable of holding up to seven guests. Extra fees are charged for telephone usage, water, electricity, additional maid service, and pick up from Gatwick Airport or Edenbridge rail station.

Sandwiches, cakes, and hot meals are served at the Moat Restaurant, and special diet menus are available upon request. Billiards, a children's playground, and tennis courts are also situated on this property filled with Tudor-style buildings.
