Seefeld is an unspoilt yet lively Alpine village in the Austrian Tirol, 25 minutes by taxi from Innsbruck airport, with a railway station linking it to Innsbruck and Garmisch. It offers lots of winter sports, with easily reached ski runs, great cross-country tracks, and outdoor ice skating, as well as indoor swimming and tennis.

The apartment is in Interclub Hotel Hochegg, within easy walking distance of the centre and 3 minutes from the nearest bus stop for the local ski bus. It sleeps up to 4 people, has bathroom, kitchen and television, and has a sunny balcony with great mountain views. It is on the 2nd floor (reached by lift or stairs), and the free car park is right outside.

It is for weeks 5 and 6 (high season for winter sports) and is a leasehold contract which runs out 0n 31/12/2027. It is affiliated to RCI. The timeshare is offered for sale because the present owners are no longer able to travel for health reasons.
