Nestled within a beautifully-designed and nicely constructed large resort in Lazarote’s Costa Teguise holiday town, the 30-plus timeshare apartments at Club Los Molinos ahve a quiet and peaceful ambience which is especially suitable for mature holidaymakers. Simply furnished, bright and spacious, the studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments sleep between two and six people in comfort, and give easy access to the resort’s large pool and pretty beach. Water sports such as boating and fishing, and golf are favourites here, with facilities for these activities located close by. Ground floor apartments have terraces and there’s a British-run terrace bar which serves food as well as drinks. Timeshare owners here enjoy the excellent service, pretty gardens and a great location.

Nearby Costa Teguise town, which was built as a year-round tourist destination around four superb beaches, is a popular nightlife hub and can become lively during the high summer and midwinter seasons. However, noise from the pubs and clubs doesn’t penetrate as far as Club Los Molinos. The town has a wide range of restaurants, traditional tapas bars and friendly, British-style pubs, and is just 15 minutes by car from Lanzarote’s airport and Arrecife. Nature lovers will be fascinated by the island’s spectacular, volcanic interior, which is best seen in Timanfaya National Park, and the famous Cactus Garden in the charming village of Guatiza is well worth a visit.
