Having built and sustained the company's market leading position, in 2012 Philip completed a management buy-out of Worldwide Timeshare Hypermarket and in August 2012 launched eXpectations Holidays; an RCI Points Club.
Gary began his timeshare career in 1994 as part of a pioneering UK team marketing RCI Gold Crown resorts in Tenerife.
Gary joined us in 2001 as General Sales Manager before his appointment as Sales Director in 2006 and has been instrumental in helping building a reputable and professional sales team.
Following the company's management buyout in early 2012, Gary's extensive knowledge of the timeshare industry and 20 years experience saw him announced as Managing Director.
Colin joined the company in 2002 as a consultant whose personable manner and levels of customer satisfaction were acknowledged by the company with his promotion to Sales Manager in 2006 and Sales Director in 2012.
Colin is responsible for managing our team of consultants in addition to developing areas of the business with our foreign industry partners.
With over 20 years experience in the Travel and Hospitality Industry and previous roles in Hotel Management, Glen joined our team in 2002.

Anna joined Worldwide Timeshare Hypermarket in 1998 as a consultant and quickly accrued a firm understanding of the various processes and potential issues involved in transfer of timeshare ownership. Her interest in this field saw her join our contracts team in 1999.
Since 2005 Anna has lead our own, in-house contracts department responsible for carrying out transfers of legal title. Committed to providing our customers with the highest levels of service, Anna and her team guide our customers through the ever changing procedures of timeshare transfer of ownership.
Joining the company as a consultant in 1998, Lucy quickly demonstrated strong social communication skills and was offered the opportunity to join the registrations division.
Since 2004 Lucy has lead the team responsible for providing our sellers with realistic valuations and pragmatic advice. Often having to address misconceptions and provide often unwanted news, Lucy and her team do so with explanation and tact.
Having joined the company in 2003 within the sales division, Mark's role as Business Development Manager encompasses multiple disciplines. Responsible for exploring avenues to expand the business, Mark is also tasked with designing procedures and systems to ensure the business has a reliable infrastructure to meet current and future needs.
