The lodge is an A framed lodge which sleeps 4. It is situated in a large grassed area with views of Rutland water. The cycle/foot path around Rutland water is easily accessible. There is allocated parking and plenty of space outside with an outdoor table and chairs.

Inside there is an open plan kitchen/dining/living space with dishwasher, washer drier, oven, hob and microwave. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a double bedroom and bathroom downstairs and an additional separate toilet. Upstairs there are 2 single beds and 2 sinks.

Rutland Hall is lovely for a holiday and the resort and the lodge are dog friendly. The restaurant and bar have recently been renovated and there is a gym, tennis courts, squash courts, spa and lovely pool. The facilities are available for owners to use all year round.

The local area has a lot to offer with pubs, restaurants and walking, cycling and sailing at Rutland water. Rutland water also has a beach!
