I bought this particular unit because of its stunning location and in my opinion, one of the best positions within the Flamingo resort.
It has a huge wraparound sunbathing terrace, with dining table and chairs, Balinese beds and space for multiple sun-beds facing the bay and the Puerto Colón marina. Due to its size and premium amenities, it comfortably sleeps 5/6 with plenty of space for storage/bikes/scooters.
The complex is well served with restaurant, bar and fitness centre; the week comes with free buffet breakfast each morning. There's a lovely swimming pool with terraces overlooking the bay and a poolside café. The complex is very well maintained with beautiful established shrubs and palm trees throughout.
There's an abundance of superb restaurants close by, including the famous Harleys restaurant at the entrance to the complex, with all the American cars, parked outside. There's plenty of shops, bars and entertainment close by and a large supermarket within short walking distance.
I researched all resorts in the area carefully when I bought this unit 20+ years ago and when I walked past this apartment it blew me away. The terrace looked incredible with its size and view; it's now lined with fake grass for additional underfoot comfort. I had to have this apartment and luckily for me it came up and I quickly bought it.
With it's space, location and comfort, in one of the best located resorts in Costa Adeje, it really does provide the perfect accommodation for those large family holidays, or an idyllic setting for those dinners for two on the terrace. Invite friends, or family, or not, have it all to yourselves with the option to choose every year. With just the maintenance fee to pay, it provides a luxury holiday in a premium location, at a fraction of the usual rental price.
