The resort is in a quiet area close to the Tyne Estuary. The penthouse is a home from home on the top floor on the end corner of the building, looking out over the estuary and towards Tynemouth. Great view of Tynemouth lights at night.

There is a Public House a short walk from Passage House with a restaurant or the Passage House Hotel has a restaurant.

There are two double bedrooms, one ensuite. The other has two single beds, which can make a double if needed. In the lounge, there is a bed settee that sleeps two adults. Another settee can be used like a single bed. All in all, it can sleep six people.

A balcony runs across the lounge area and the master bedroom. Great views across the estuary, watching the birds come and go, plus a great place to sunbathe. Table and chairs for eating out, plus two chairs to sunbathe. There is a second bathroom for the second bedroom or for general use throughout the day. A fully fitted kitchen, all crockery, pans etc supplied and a dining table that can seat six. A real home from home.

There are also 3 TVs, one in the lounge and one in each bedroom. TV can take DVDs to play.

In Passage House, there is an indoor swimming pool, great to relax. A perfect place to relax, come and go as you please and enjoy trips to local areas.
