Located in the impressive and attractive woodland grounds of the Dunkeld House Hotel, on the banks of the River Tay (famed for its salmon fishing), this luxury lodge forms part of the Hilton Grand Vacations Dunkeld House Lodges Club.

The lodge accommodation comprises two ground-floor bedrooms (one double and one twin) each having a recently refurbished en-suite bathroom/shower room. The first floor includes a separate WC and a large open lounge and dining area with an adjoining, recently installed, modern kitchen with all amenities. Included in the lounge are satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a music system. Also located here is a double sofa bed that can accommodate two extra guests. The lounge includes a glazed conservatory balcony which can be easily adapted to form a more open-air option. This overlooks the grassed and tree-lined grounds of the Hotel, leading to the river.

The historic, award-winning town of Dunkeld, with its unique shops, restaurants, and pubs, can be easily reached by walking along the riverside footpaths.

Nearby outdoor leisure facilities include golfing, fishing, quad bike riding, 4 x 4 driving and clay pigeon shooting.

Lodge users can enjoy the use of the Hotel's Leisure Complex, providing an indoor swimming pool, fitness suite, sauna and steam room. Also, spa treatments are available here.

The City of Perth is the nearest large town for all your shopping and visitor needs and can now be more easily and quickly reached by using the upgraded A9 dual carriageway.

We have always enjoyed this springtime week in our lodge at Dunkeld. From the conservatory/balcony, we have appreciated seeing the blossoms on the trees, the daffodils, and bluebells in their springtime sunshine awakening. We also had light snowfall and watched a herd of deer roaming across the grass in front of the lodge.

A truly enjoyable time of year in a very special place.
