Pestana Ocean Promenade Hotel, twenty minutes from airport, excellent position apartment overlooking the Atlantic Ocean from the large balcony. Sleeps four with two bathrooms.

The apartment comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, ie cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven etc. Fully air conditioned, two televisions, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom.

Lifts to all floors. Restaurants, and three swimming pools, gym, sauna, etc.

Member of RCI for exchanges to other places.

Bus stop outside hotel to all parts of the island with shops and restaurants five minutes away.

We have owned this apartment since 2009 but due to age and health we have to sell at a very reduced price.

Weeks 26, 27, & 28, fixed for July each year.

This hotel is in a very good location about twenty minutes from the centre of Funchal, a lovely city with lots of shops and a wonderful supermarket, with boat trips from the marina along the coast every day.

Sight-seeing tours by coach to all parts of the island pick up from hotel most days.

We have always found it very safe especially at night to wander around and the locals are very friendly.
