The property for sale is an annual week (Week 23, Early June) in a luxury Phase IV, Osprey Lodge, in the grounds of Dunkeld House Hotel, on the banks of the River Tay in Perthshire, Scotland. The lodge is owned by the Hilton Grand Vacations Club and is affiliated with RCI. There are only 22 lodges in total at this Hilton Dunkeld resort and of these, only 6 are the modern Phase IV Osprey Lodges.

The first floor of the Osprey Lodge features a large impressive open plan living space, incorporating a fully fitted kitchen complete with American style fridge freezer, spacious lounge, large dining area and patio doors that lead out to a balcony with impressive views. In addition, on this floor there is a separate shower room and WC.

Perthshire is known as big tree country and the Osprey lodge and Dunkeld House Hotel sit in a 280-acre wooded estate. The hotel is four-star rated, has recently been refurbished and includes comfortable lounges, bar, dining rooms, garden, and patio areas where you can relax sipping a refreshing glass of your favourite tipple whilst watching the River Tay go by.

There are numerous outdoor activities readily available on the estate including salmon fishing, quad biking treks, Land Rover experiences, clay pigeon shooting, walks to suit all levels of fitness and golf.
