The Hilton Craigendarroch is very well situated on Royal Deeside in the Highlands of Scotland. The area is famous for its royal visitors, and Balmoral castle is only about 10 miles away.The area is stunningly beautiful and offers boundless opportunities for hill walking, horse riding, fishing, cycling, etc. Craigendarroch is situated on the edge of Ballater, a lovely small town steeped in history. It contains numerous shops and restaurants, as well as a superb 18-hole golf course. The nearest airport and railway station are in Aberdeen, just over an hour's drive from the resort.

The resort has 2 swimming pools, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, as well as a gym, squash court and tennis court. There is a restaurant and comfortable bar, and the entire country club is well-maintained.

The 2 storey sleep 6 lodge offered for sale overlooks the gardens and tennis courts, and is within easy walking distance of the country club. There are two en suite bedrooms situated downstairs, and a pull-down bed in the first floor lounge. The upstairs shower room contains a sauna, and there is a balcony leading off the lounge. The kitchen is very well-equipped, as indeed is the entire lodge.
