Craigendarroch is a high-quality estate of Lodges in Ballater, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. It is 8 miles from Balmoral and situated in the Eastern side of the spectacular Cairngorm Mountains. Braemar which hosts a Highland Games attended by the Royal Family is 8 miles from Balmoral.

Ballater is 43 miles from the coast at Aberdeen which has an international airport.

There is an 18-hole golf course in Ballater and others near-by, including Braemar, the highest golf course in the UK.

Craigendarroch is owned and run by Hilton International Grand Vacations Club and weeks at Craigendarroch can be exchanged worldwide within the HIGVC.

The lodges are on a hillside overlooking the valley and surrounded by trees. There is a good restaurant and leisure complex with a lagoon swimming pool, whirlpool spa, House Spa, gym, tennis court, snooker room, aerobics room and the Keiller Brasserie and Lounge.

The timeshare is a fixed week, though swaps can be arranged.

Week 24 is usually the third week in June, high summer in the Highlands.

The Lodge is on 2 floors, 2 en-suite bedrooms, drying cabinet and washer/dryer are on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a large open plan lounge, dining area and high specification kitchen. The 1st floor also has another bathroom with water fall shower and a separate sauna.

In the lounge, there is a large pull-down double bed. This is not visible behind a wooden facing when upright. Outside the 1st floor is a large balcony with dining area overlooking gardens and pine trees. The lodge has a large television, Bose CD/MP3 player and electric storage radiators. Parking for 2 cars is outside the Lodge.

We are reluctantly selling after years of most enjoyable ownership due to family emigrating.

We are also selling week 25 on this site.
