We are reluctantly selling our 3 bedroom lodge, which sleeps 8, at Craigendarroch after 14 very happy years of visiting. We have entertained a succession of friends who have joined us over the years. The lodge is fully equipped and extremely comfortable and well maintained by Hilton Grand Vacations.
Our time is June and we have found this to be a wonderful time to visit this part of Scotland and have mainly been blessed with good weather.

This is a very good base for touring the area to visit castles and distilleries or just taking in the wonderful scenery. This is also an excellent area for outdoor pursuits such as walking, riding, fishing or golf. Ballater is a lovely village with some interesting shops including some which have the "by royal appointment" badge over their door. Balmoral is only a few miles down the road towards Braemar.

The nearest airport is Aberdeen which has regular flights to London and other UK destinations. Craigendarroch is affiliated through RCI as is a Gold Crown Resort. You can find more about the resort website organised by the owners.
