The lodge is beautifully situated overlooking lovely mature grounds with feature pond. It has a private balcony which is perfect for relaxation in the peaceful and tranquil setting of royal deeside (Craigendarroch) in Scotland. The resort is close to many visitor attractions including Balmoral Castle which is the Scottish home to the royal family (8 miles away).

The lodge is week 48 which usually falls at the end of November/beginning of December which is a perfect time to get away and relax before Christmas time.

The nearest town is Aberdeen. The resort is 1 hours drive from Aberdeen airport. The nearest village is the picturesque Ballater which is about a 15 minute walk from the resort where you should be able to find everything that you may need including shops, cafes, restaurants, post office, library, bike hire shops etc.

The resort is managed by Hilton hotel operators and has a RCI GOLD CROWN rating.

The lodge has a private car parking space.

This 1 bedroom lodge sleeps 4 people. The accommodation is on 2 levels. The lower floor comprises of a bedroom with fitted wardrobes, dressing table, drawer units etc with good quality television. There is a very comfortable king size bed which can be assembled in to 2 single beds by the housekeeping department if required. There is a new bathroom with bath and shower. In the hallway there is a cupboard which Contains a washing/dryer machine, iron, laundry basket and ironing board.
There is also a drying cabinet. The upstairs accommodation includes a fitted open plan kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, dining table and chairs and a living room unit which contains a pull down comfortable double size bed. There is a high quality television, DVD and HiFi system and there is WiFi available.

The resort facilities include a modern fitness suite, 55 foot swimming pool, whirlpool spa, squash courts, snooker room, tennis court, games room, aerobic studio, spa, hairdressers and newly refurbished Keiller lounge bar and Keiller brasserie where you can relax in the lounge and and enjoy top quality food at reasonable prices.
