The timeshare apartment has its own kitchenette, hair dryer, private bath, cable TV, telephone, security safe, air-conditioning and two private balconies overlooking the gardens. The rooms are cleaned every day by polite and efficient maids. There is a large outdoor pool and children's paddle pool attached with plenty of loungers, the sister hotel the Miramar also has a large inside heated pool, just 5 minutes' walk from the apartment.

The Pestana Village Garden Resort Apart hotel is a 15-minute walk from the centre of Funchal and 20 minutes by car from the Funchal International Airport. There are at least 20+ Restaurants 10- 5 minutes' walk from the apartment and a local supermarket and Bakery offering delicious homemade bread in front of the village complex.

The friendly owner's relationship office, open 6 days of the week will organise tours, restaurants and arrange the famous Levada walks. We have had over ten year's happy holidays in Pestana Village, but unfortunately cannot for personal reasons travel anymore.
