As well as timeshare the Grand is also a 5 star hotel and therefore provides a service that a 5 star hotel offers - e.g  Porterage, lifts, 24 hour room service, Laundry Service.

Voluntary Excursions are arranged by the hotel and we found the staff we spoke to were very helpful and knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions that we had.

As well as enjoying this apartment we have also exchanged it for holidays in the French Alps, Switzerland and the USA.
