On site, there is an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, squash courts, tennis courts, crazy golf, par three golf and gym. There is a beauty parlour, a bar and a restaurant. 

The A1 is 5 miles away, there are stations at Oakham and Stamford, East Midlands 20 miles, Birmingham 30 miles and Stansted 45-miles airports are easily accessible. Nottingham, Leicester, and Peterborough are all within 25 miles. 

The lodge/villa has 3 bedrooms sleeps 6, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, lounge, TV, ample car parking, patio doors overlooking Rutland water, a veranda, one bedroom is upstairs, the week is 41 which falls in mid-October. The resort is registered with RCI, Interval International and Dial an exchange. 

Our reason for selling is old age and increasing lack of mobility.
