This timeshare is a fixed week until 2045. The unit is on the sixth floor of the 5* tower with views over Sliema Creek towards the bastions of Valetta (a world heritage site). There is a good size balcony with two sun loungers and table. The room contains a king size bed, two lounge chairs, coffee table, desk and chair, TV, fridge,  tea / coffee making facilities, a safe, air conditioning and ample wardrobe space. The en-suite bathroom has a good size bath, separate shower cubicle, hair dryer and shaving point. The timeshare includes half board with buffet breakfast and evening meal in La Valette restaurant with views towards Valetta. The timeshare also includes a daily 30 minute Thalasso class (Monday to Friday in 2015). 

Fortina Spa Resort is affiliated to RCI whereby exchanges can be arranged. The resort has a selection of restaurants offering different cuisines - Thai, Japanese, Indian and Italian/Mediterranean. There is a cocktail bar on the first floor of the 5* tower and another bar next door to La Valette restaurant. There is a sea front swimming pool and sun terrace and another swimming pool in the garden area (accessible from the first floor). The Spa facility contains an indoor swimming pool, Thalasso pool, and self-contained area including, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and meditation rooms.  

Fortina Spa Resort is next door to Tigne Point, a new complex with shopping mall. Sliema Strand, which is the waterfront of Sliema with a good selection of shops and restaurants, is a 5 minute walk away. There is also a bus station here with connections for most routes around Malta and a ferry to Valetta. Sight-seeing buses and harbour cruises also leave from here. The airport is a 30 minute drive away.
