The Blue Bay Beach Club has stunning views of the ocean near the resort of Bahia Feliz, which is approximately 5 minutes walk away. Set in attractive gardens, the amenities at the resort include a large lagoon-style swimming pool with whirlpool, children's pool and play area, poolside snack bar, restaurant, entertainment, and mini market. Bahia Feliz has a number of restaurants and bars offering international cuisine.

The timeshare for sale is a fixed week 5 that generally commences around the first week in February and affords an ideal winter sun destination. The apartment is on the first floor and can comfortably sleep four people with two on the pull-out sofa in the lounge. There are lifts to all floors and ample parking at the front of the complex.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and comprises a large lounge/diner with dining table and chairs, well-equipped kitchen, mini Hi-Fi system, LCD television, sofa bed, chair and coffee table. There is a large bedroom, with his and her walk in wardrobes, a very large bed, two bedside tables, a dressing table and LCD television. The bathroom comprises a powerful shower unit, separate bath, his and her wash- basins with large wall mounted mirror, toilet and bidet.

The apartment has a large balcony with a table and four chairs which can be accessed from both the lounge and bedroom.

Bahia Feliz is situated just off the main coastal road and has excellent connections via car and bus to the Airport, the capital – Las Palmas and the popular vacation destinations of Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés, which are just 15 minutes away and offer a multitude of bars, shops, and restaurants. The resorts of Puerto Rico and Puerto Mogan are a little further, but still within easy reach.
