The one bedroomed villa at Windjammer Landing, St Lucia, sleeps two adults and two children and is about 1200 sq. ft. in size. It has a Queen size double bed, large balcony, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, bathroom with both shower and bath, TV, radio, free broadband connection, daily maid service. The large villa balcony looks out towards the French Island of Martinique.

The weeks for sale are weeks 18, 50 and 51 (Christmas Week)

Windjammer Landing is a villa/beach resort with excellent facilities.  There are 5 restaurants, 3 swimming pools, and excellent Spa, gym, and sailing and water sports facilities (complimentary for villa owners). There is a lovely beach which is safe for bathing and daily activities for those who want to join in.  It is situated about 3 miles south of Rodney Bay Marina, which has a large number of excellent restaurants and bars. Supermarkets are situated at Rodney Bay Mall, and provide everything you would expect to see in Waitrose. Castries, the capitol of St Lucia, is about 5 miles to the south.

Flights to St Lucia are with either BA or Virgin Atlantic and the airport is just over an hour's drive from the resort.

St Lucia is one of the most beautiful islands in the whole Caribbean, with much to explore and enjoy.  There are plenty of activities, from trips to the rain forest, zip-lining, drive in volcano, waterfalls, the famous Pitons and much more besides.

The three weeks we own at Windjammer Landing have been in our family since 1997 and we have enjoyed many wonderful holidays there. The only reason we are selling is that we are now setting our holiday horizons towards the Far East, and Australasia, but we will be sad to see it go after all these years.
