Carihuela Park Palace Torremolinos Spain

Carihuela Park Palace is less than 100 metres from the beach at La Carihuela and a brisk walk from the seaside resort of Torremolinos. The resort is set in landscaped gardens redolent with the scent of fruit trees and roses in bloom. La Carihuela was a traditional fishing village and much of the charm and style remains if you take a stroll round the older areas of the town. The main beach though is a buzzing, vibrant area filled with lots to do and see and Torremolinos offers a range of activities, theme parks and excellent shopping as well as great beaches and a trendy nightlife.

The apartments at Carihuela Park Palace have recently been renovated and are refurbished to the highest standard. Each of the units boasts a full kitchen, modern appliances and a lovely balcony or terrace. There are three swimming pools in the complex and you can eat out of an evening at the restaurant on the premises or walk down to the beach to enjoy a magnificent seafood meal at one of the local eateries. A delicacy in this part of Spain is a dish called "Pescaito" which is a small fish, fried to perfection and served with a crisp white wine. Definitely recommended as an appetizer or a light meal if you are out an about in Torremolinos.

Family holidays are ideal at Carihuela Park Palace due to the proximity of the resort to so many attractions. Visit the water parks in Torremolinos or enjoy Sea Life in neighbouring Benalmadena. If you want to stay close to the resort, you can't go wrong with a day spent on La Carihuela Beach with its wide sweep of golden sand and a safe swimming area.
